Following up my recent blog entries on the ATRxtra fiasco I thought that readers would like to read the Paul Haigh article from the Racing Post. I would like to thank the Racing Post for agreeing to allow me to put this on my blog.Download RacingPost.bmp It does take a while to load and if the image is too small you can enlarge by using the picture editor tool that will appear if you click on the image. I would also like to thank John The Gambler for scanning the article for me.
well done chaps for making sure that this is seen by the many.

Hi Brian,
We will do anything possible to keep this story current.

I shall keep an eye on this story.
The corporates don't take much notice of what the punter has to say, unless made too.
I can reference you RTG licensee such as Crystal Palace casino group robbing players. Golden Palace advertising via the use of babies, interrupting the Olympics, football matches and golf tournaments. I could go on till next week with this stuff.
ATR not bothering too much with the punter and their needs for in-running is not quite as serious for me. That said, they can take note, the related follow-up on this blog are now being watched by more than just the nobody.

Hi Sand Racer,
Let's hope something is resolved in this matter.
I am sure that both ATR and RUK could produce faster pictures than they do at present, if they were to there would be no problem with in-running betting.

Mr RA.
If you might agree, I think it could be beneficial to the reader for you to cross reference by way of links at ther bottom of each post, old and new, to all of your related posts on the matter, whenever you make new a one.
Save me missing anything pertinent.
Either way, i'll find what I need, but the same cannot be said for everyone.

Hi Sand Racer,
I take your point. I will probably start to use the Category settings from within my blog editor to make finding different articles easier.

It has long been a grouch of mine Ray especially on cable.I daresay eventually we'll have negligible delays from either station---not too good for SIS with their home customers paying so much/year so I don't expect they'll help much.If we can make a bit as things are it can only improve for us in the future.I didn't realise that I'm slower than satellite though being on cable---must get sky now

Hi Traderpete,
Sky will be faster for you. really think that Sky, SIS, ATR and RUK should all get together and make a single channel with a subscription and very fast pictures, think of the savings they would have by cutting out all the excess production teams and equipment.

I was just thinking last night, that is the only logical solution. I think it will happen eventually.

Hi John,
Let's hope it happens soon, before I commit to my SIS package.
Good Luck at Newbury today.
