The Sports Trader has started another week with a reasonable profit after trading on 10 horse races with just 1 loss.
My first trade of the day was in the 15:15 at Wolverhampton and it was this one that gave me my only loss of the day after I had laid Palm Court for £25 @ 4.00 and then backed back £10 @ 7.20 to result in a loss of £13.
In the 15:30 at Yarmouth I backed Rosy Alexander for £650 @ 1.03 to result in a profit of £17. Next was the 16:15 at Wolverhampton I laid Norcroft for £16 @ 15.50 to result in a profit of £16.
My next three trades all resulted in small profits. In the 20:15 at Galway I laid Mullach Na Si for £22 @ 30.00 and backed back £5 @ 47.00 to result in a profit of £17.
The best result of my day came in the 20:20 at Uttoxeter where I laid Aristi for £65 @ 6.92 and then backed back £14 @ 25.00 to result in a profit of £51. My last trade of the day resulted in a small profit.
My day had finished with a profit of £113.
I did also take a position on the 2nd Test match where I had backed India for £500 @ 1.42 and towards the end of today's play I had laid off @ an average price of 1.18. I then laid a further £118 @ 1.02 to leave me with a profit of £118 whatever the result. This profit will be included in tomorrows result when the market is settled.
It is well worth having a look at the Betdaq Exchange Views Blog as it has been given a face-lift for the up coming Goodwood Festival and has also got a feature on the Galway Festival by Justin Carthy of the Chronicle Bookmakers.
It is great that people are able to take the loans and it opens up new opportunities.
