Andrew

You go easy on the football and make a profit of £500 ! Perhaps you should go easy more often !!
Good to see you back in the black (green). Hope it continues tomorrow...
Andrew.

Yes I agree, that was some bet Ray.

Not on at a good time I know, but are you not getting involved in the tennis? There have been some excellent trading opportunities.

Glad to hear all is well now with the family. I remember getting chicken pox aged 21 and that was no fun at all.

"A very speculative back" hmmm, interesting Ray...

Good result for us both with Spurs winning and managing to keep a clean sheet albeit against a side that has no scored since boxing day. Spurs are worth a monitor for over 2.5 market when at home. As without King they are defensiviely frail and with Defoe/Keane and Berbatov are a threat up front.

Rob

speculative you say :-O

Another night for the goals, but we will all dream of this next month when its back to nil nils.

Still not into trading myself, covered in the blisters, some crusted some not.....its a long process :-(....still got a massive headache behind my eyes as well!!!

Andrew, iow, Prekladatel,Brian and /rob,
Thanks for all your comments. Football was always my second string and I used to just look for opportunistic trades and jump in and out very quickly, I think that is what I will do now. The under 2.5 goal market has been good but it is just so annoying to trade for perhaps 90 minutes and end up losing. With my horse race trading, even if I make a losing trade it has probably only taken seconds so is easier to take.
Rob - I have had chicken pox about 10 years ago and they were quite bad. But during the time my kids have had the illness I have had a very heavy cold with a headache behind my eyes, I think it is the same virus that I have had only I didn't get the spots.
Good Luck all.

Hi Ray
Interesting that since I had a discussion with you in November about the lack of goals and you said that was simply statistics, the goals have been flying in from all sides. I went low on the Fulham game last night - shows what i know about football, there was no way of getting out of that without a hefty loss - 4 goals in 15 minutes at one stage. Have you changed to overs now?
Good luck
Mick

Ray

Hi Mick,
I think we tempted fate by discussing the goal stats, as you say since that discussion the goals have been flying in from all directions. I have had some bad results and have decied to go back to my old strategy of just looking for opportunites to profit and not sticking to a particular system. My racing has been standing up quite well and I do not want to throw away my racing profits on the football.
Good Luck.

Nice to see you back on the winning trail!

Ive had a few bad experiences with betfair over the last few weeks so ive decided to take my business to betdaq!

I was just wondering do you use any trading software for in play or just the single click option on betdaq?

Regards,

Kelv

Ray

Hi Kelv,
It's good to see you are giving Betdaq a go. I only use the single click option on Betdaq and no other software. Good Luck with your trading.
Ray
