The Sports Trader has had a full days trading with 15 horse races and 1 football match traded on and only one loss, but that one loss was a large one and has more than wiped out all of today's profits.
I started with the 14:10 at Southwell where I laid Newbay Lady for £21 @ 8.00 before backing back for £2 @ 9.80 and a further £2 @ 37.00 to result in a profit of £17. My next 2 trades were both small winning ones.
In the 14:50 at Musselburgh I laid Quarrymaster for £10 @ 25.00 to result in a profit of £10. Next was another small winning trade.
Next for me was the 16:00 at Lingfield where I backed Tabadul for £50 @ 1.89 to result in a profit of £45. Then I laid Fort Ord for £17 @ 20.00 to leave me with a profit of £17. I followed this with another small winning trade.
In the 17:30 at Lingfield I laid Mia's Boy for 320 @ 3.15 for another £20 profit. Then in the 19:20 at Cork I laid Mareoflot for £10 @ 4.50 for a profit of £10.
My only loss of the day came next in the 19:30 at Bangor where I backed East Tycoon for £760 @ 3.75 when just going into the lead with about 4 furlongs to go. I put up lays @ 2.50 and got matched for just £33, I then put up a lay @ 5.00 and got matched for £177. Unfortunately A P McCoy couldn't quite work his magic on the run in and I therefore ended up losing £550 on this race.
In the 19:40 at Fontwell I laid Satco's Deception for £23 @ 4.00 to claw back a £23 profit. In the 19:50 at Cork I backed Dbest for £200 @ 1.30 to result in a profit of £60.
My next trade was in the 20:00 at Bangor where I laid Howard Howard for £73 @ 3.00 before backing back £25 @ 4.70, £6 @ 3.55, £6 @ 4.30 and £8 @ 3.00 to leave me with a profit of £28. My final race trade was a small winning one.
My race trading has ended with a loss of £314.
In this evenings live football match between Exeter and Oxford I backed the under 1.5 goals market for £35 @ 2.40 and laid back @ 2.13. Later I backed the under 1.5 goals again for 33 @ 1.75 which I laid off @ 1.28 to leave me with a profit of £11.
My day had therefore ended with a loss of £304.
