The Sports Trader had another interrupted day as I am getting the house ready for my Mum, Dad and Sister to stay with me. It is likely that I will trade less over the next few days as well. I did still manage to trade in 12 horse races, with 1 loss.
My day started with the 15:30 at Worcester, where I backed Are You There for £24 @ 2.00 inside the last furlong and considered myself lucky to see her just hold on to the line to result in a profit of £24.
In the Prince Of Wales Stakes at Ascot I laid Red Rocks for £45 @ 6.00 with 2 furlongs to go when being urged by Frankie to quicken with no response to result in a profit of £45. This was a great match between Manduro, the eventual winner, and Dylan Thomas, you can watch the full race here with the BBC recording.

My next race resulted in a small profit. Then in the 16:45 at Worcester I backed Ballyboley for £40 @ 2.80 before laying off @ 2.32 and later with the race won I backed him for a further £380 @ 1.04 to result in a profit of £29.
In the 17:20 at Worcester I laid Keepitsecret for £50 @ 5.00 and backed back £5 @ 7.10 to land a profit of £45. I followed this with 5 small winning trades.
My only losing trade of the day came in the 21:00 at Leopardstown where I had laid Impudent for £48 @ 3.10 when I thought she would struggle to win the race, how wrong could I be. By the time I realised I was on the wrong side with this I could not trade out of trouble and landed myself a loss of £101. I had one more trade in the last at Kempton that resulted in a small profit.
So my day had finished with another disappointing profit of £53.
