The Sports Trader had a good day with 11 horse races and 1 football match traded.
My day started with the 14:00 at York where I backed Sir Gerry for £131 @ 1.10 in the closing stages of the race to result in a profit of £13.
In the 14:35 also at York I backed Purple Moon for £6 @ 3.05 and £50 @ 1.01 before laying Strategic Mount for £5 @ 15.00 to result in a profit of £17.
The best result of my day came next in the 14:45 at Tralee where I backed Alhabeeb for £440 @ 1.66 to give me a really decent £292 profit.
Next came the 14:50 at Carlisle where I laid Blitzen for £27 @ 6.00 to result in a profit of £27.
I had to wait until the 15:25 at Carlisle for my next trade where I laid Royal Challenge for £54 @ 11.00 for a profit of £54. I followed this with 5 race trades that all resulted in small profits.
My last race trade of the day came in the 19:20 at Flokestone where I laid The Skerret for £18 @ 6.80 to land a profit of £18.
My race trading had produced a profit of £443.
I had a couple of very small trades on the England v Germany football match. The first was straight after the second goal had been scored when I backed the under 2.5 goals for £80 @ 4.53 of which I laid off £60 @ 4.25 and then came the third goal to leave me with a £20 loss on this market. I then had small trades on both the under 3.5 goals and correct score markets to give me a profit of £21, which left me with a £1 profit on this match.
My day had therefore finished with a profit of £444.
