The Sports Trader had an up and down day but did manage to come out in front after trading on 9 horse races with 3 losing races.
I started in the 14:20 at Chester where I backed Sues Surprise for £5 @ 1.62 and £66 @ 1.22 to result in a profit of £18. My next race trade produced a small profit.
In the 15:35 at Hamilton I laid Arena's Dream for £8 @ 9.80 to leave me with a loss of £71. My next race resulted in a small profit.
The worst result of my day came next in the 17:25 at Sandown where I backed Sugar Ray for £117 @ 1.80 before laying off £10 @ 2.40 and £5 @ 22.00 to leave me with a loss of £102.
In the 18:35 at Wexford I backed Salford City for £84 @ 5.00 and then laid off £39 @ 4.00, £38 @ 4.20 and £17 @ 5.00 to result in a profit of £29.
Next was the 18:40 at Salisbury where I backed Bright Mind for £25 @ 1.40 to cost me another £25.
Thankfully I had a good result in the 19:05 at Wexford, where I laid Take A Chance Two for £185 @ 4.40 to give me a profit of £185.
Finally in the 19:40 at Salisbury I backed Synonymy for £21 @ 2.00 to result in a profit of £21.
My difficult day had finished with a profit of £66.
Well that is another month finished and I ended up with a profit for the month of £2255, not a great result but better than working for a living.
